The health unit lab opens at 7:00am on Mondays and at 8:00am on Tuesdays through Fridays. Call the health unit with any questions. Fees are based on lab processing charges. Call for more details. Blood pressure checks are available on a walk-in basis at no charge. Nurses at the health unit are available to provide walk-in nursing consultation and assistance. Nurses will provide in-home nursing visits for non-Medicare reimbursalbe services, such as medication set-up, blood pressure monitoring and other services by physician referral. Call the health unit for more information. Nurses provide child care health consultation to child care providers in Webster County. Nurses offer guidance and technical assistance to child care providers on a wide range of health and safety topics. Free childbirth classes are offered every other month. Instructors are nurses currently working in labor and delivery departments. Call the health unit to sign up.
