Parents are asked to make many important decisions for their children. Some of the most difficult choices concern a child's health care.

Whether or not to immunize children againt certain diseases is a difficult decision. We all want to do what is best for our children, and as a community, we also need to protect the public's health.

The health unit offers all childhood immunizations at no cost to children with Medicaid and children with no medical insurance. Children with medical insurance are encouraged to visit their pediatrician, the Jordan Valley Community Health Center or the Fordland Clinic. Immunizations are done on a walk-in basis, please call our office to make sure a nurse will be avaliable.
