| The following income guidelines help determine eligibility for WIC services and are effective April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010. WIC is open to individuals who meet these income guidelines and are determined by health professionals to be at nutritional risk. The unborn child is counted as a member of the family when eligibility is determined. Income guidelines are based on 185 percent of poverty level. | |||
